  • Drivers are signed for easy installation without requiring "Disable driver signature enforcement" in Windows 8 and Windows 10.
  • Performance and compatibility improvements.
  • Internal upgrade to OpenSSL 1.0.2.
  • Improved application behavior when Windows hibernates.
  • Improved setup.
 
We recommend uninstalling the previous version before installing this one; an in-place upgrade is not possible due to changes in the setup mechanism.
